Several years ago Anthem was the hot market. Times have changed. What is the current inventory levels for homes listed for sale in the Anthem market? Have there been any changes in the market values for residential properties?
How has Anthem, Arizona real estate been to the investors who came in there years ago?

I vividly recall the frenzied run-up in property values during the years we operated a business in Anthem. Wild stuff, to say the least. Some people got caught in the downturn and lost some money. Most survived. Anthem, like a lot of communities has returned to a more “normal” real estate market.
